I decided that I was going to attend a court session that the Joe Pitts Center for Public Policy organized on campus. The Kentucky Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in three cases. Three judges sat on the bench, Judge Robert G. Johnson, Judge Glenn Acree, and Judge Gene Smallwood. I stepped in during the first session to snap these photos. The argument that the judges were hearing was about the unlawful termination of an employee working for a county office. The Judges will take the next 30 to 60 days to decide on this case. I stepped out before the second hearing started as I had to go to class
